Repairs
A slipping clutch or juddering dual-mass flywheel is one of the most expensive jobs to get wrong. We always inspect the flywheel once the gearbox is out and only replace it if we can measure genuine wear, scoring or run-out. We do not believe every flywheel should be changed automatically — we'd rather show you the evidence and let you decide.
Why this matters
We inspect every flywheel before recommending replacement. If it is within tolerance and free from scoring or run-out, we will refit it and save you the unnecessary cost. We only replace parts you genuinely need.
